Test Engineer – Metering
The candidate will contribute to define, plan and carry out laboratory tests on electric devices with main focus on smart meters for electric networks. Setting-up testing circuits, both electric and electronic, will be an integral part of the activity. The testing activities will refer to specific customers specifications as well as international applicable regulations among which the Measurement Instrument Directive (MID), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards (62052, 62053 and 62059 series) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering;
- English (at least upper-intermediate);
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment, software programming, electric systems, modulation technics and radio frequency;
- Team working on one side and decision-making autonomy on the other side are essential characteristics of the candidate.
